So basically when I first got my xbox 4-5 years ago I registered with an email that I never used but had.

I never thought about it until I needed it to sign up for some things, and I don't know the password. What do I do?

 

Is there anyway for you to see the email on your XBOX live account? Your best bet would probably be contacting XBOX about it, although I would recommend you ring them, as they won't tell you anything over email support.

 

Do you know their number or any way I acquire it?

I do know the email, it's just the password.

Well I've tried submitting recovery requests but they keep getting denied.

Any way to change from my Xbox? I know the parent email + password because its mine as well. Any way to change it from that?
