1. As for an Anti Virus, I'm fairly sure there isn't anything wrong with just using windows defender (basically MSE) This shows you a few of your options, and their detection rates so you can distinguish which is best for you. http://www.pcworld.com/article/259876/antivirus_on_windows_8_looking_at_your_options.html 2. I really have no idea, but I hope this helps. http://www.howtogeek.com/121169/how-to-change-your-keyboard-layout-in-windows-8/
I have that (free version). I'm talking about a 24/7 type one, i,e ones likes mcafee, norton, etc...that come with all the spyware detection, firewall, anti-intrusion prevention, phising protection, etc etc.
I personally use Avira, very nice and back-office virussoftware Very, very easy fix. It's annoying as fuck, iknow. Press right Ctrl and right shift at the same time, that fixes all of those issues No way to disable that I think. Just use ctrl-a and then start typing to clear the whole sentence as an alternative.
Hm.. What's on your screen on control panel -> Clock, language/region -> language then doubleclick on the big box. Should be something along these lines, but in english ofcourse:
If you are running windows 8 ill give you a few simple steps. 1- disconnect Pc from all outlets and extensions (printers and such) 2- open window 3-carry Pc to window 4-throw that bitch out the window 5-go buy a windows 1990 which is way more effective than windows 8. Lol jk. But 8 really does suck. But I have one and I run mcafee and ive never had any problems. Personally I think its the best anti virus you can get.
