Why i Getting Fat

I dont get it
All i eat are vegetables
My diet is consisted of salad and pizza

What's wrong with my body?

If you're ingesting more calories than the ones you burn you're not going to lose weight.

In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than the ones you take in.
Usually you can do this by eating healthy.....for example vegetables, lean protein(Tuna, Chicken). Avoiding soda avoiding too many carbohydrates (bread, tortilla, Jew bread) and eating 6 small meals a day + exercise will make you lose weight. If you wanna lose weight go for cardio, if you wanna make muscle and lose weight go for weights+ cardio.


*Also just because you eat a shit ton of vegetables doesn't mean you will shed those 400 pounds in a month.

 

French fries don't count as veggies

Dumbest diet I've ever heard of, that's why.
