    It says Kiabin is, but when you click on his name, he doesn't have the rank? So..... explain please?

    Pretty sure that means he still has rights in that section, but is not a moderator (was demotted).

    Must just be a mistake.

    I think it has just been Kiabin for awhile now. Unless TR1BAL was one. Ugh, that was so long ago, I don't remember.

    T R 1 B A L was a graphics moderator up until July I think - Draucia was also a Graphics mod up until then, but was demoted not long after for leaking content from the Staff Lounge.
