    when you're reading

Do you read outloud, whsiper the words or just in your head?

What did you do reading this post?

I find this interesting cause all my friends well most of them read out loud or whisper their words when reading privately.

so how do you read in the following events.
    At school?
    In your room?
    On the bus?
    Out with freinds?

Me personally I read in my head :)

Read in my mind, and I tend to do it lying down on my bed.

    when you're reading

In my mind. Though if I miss out a part, or don't understand it at first, usually whisper it to myself, or 'lip sync' it.

In my mind, I'm pretty sure that's what most people do.

There's nothing verbal going on when I read texts. I keep what I'm thinking/reading to myself.

I find it a lot harder to read out loud than I do in my head. You can read so much faster in your head and you stumble on words a lot less often.

    when you're reading

It depends on what i'm reading. If it's a more in-depth book, then sometimes i'll mouth the words, helps me understand it. Otherwise i'll read in my head.

    when you're reading

I read in my mind and it's actually become a rather bad habit. Once in class the teacher asked me to read a paragraph in Science and I began reading it in my mind. I find it hard to comprehend that some prefer to whisper it allowed (my sister does it.) But it's there way.
