When selling stuff...

When I for example buy 50 mils in Runescape, then how can I get it?

 

Do you mean from a company? Or what?

 

Anyone can sell it, I mean that how can he give it to me in game when there is this trade system that doesn't allow to give away lot of money.

You can't take cash into BH as far as I know.

Usually you gotta have seller take item in BH, find, kill them, take item, and leave.

 

But when anyone else kills him?

Don't be mad when I understand wrong because I never been in/used BH.
