Whats better for rushing?

I have a 99 range account and I am currently working on getting access to a handcannon.
So my question is, with void, what is better for rushing, handcannon or dbow?
I also have 94 mage with ancients and lunars.
I would love to hear your guy's opinions.

Edit: I am only asking based on which is better damage wise or which is better for the quick KO. Not about the cons of each (HC blowing up and prerequisites, etc)

 

I prefer D bow for rushing, it just seems more consistent even though a cannon can hit higher, it's attack rate is lower. Void rushers are awesome, but you need 42 str, def, and att, in order to wear it. Which will higher your combat like crazy. I think you got a nice pure already, just ice barrage and d bow spec with what you have and I think you will do fine.

 

I don't think either is great for rushing... Correct me if I'm wrong but can you 1 hit ko someone with either of those weps?

 

With ring of vigour you can spec with both weapons I think. Not sure if it's good or not though :s

 

Thanks Kuro, I'm actually a tank, but have been rushed enough, so I figured its my turn lol.
Union, the only way you cannot one hit KO someone around my level is if they are brewed or they have 99 hp. Which neither is likely.

But i've decided to pay back those rushers. I'm not really gonna be anti-rushing, just rushing the rushers.

Handcannon. With the spec the hits are almost ontop of each other. While the D Bow is a lot more consistent, that is not what you want when you are rushing.

You don't want to do that. You get a lot of levels from doing the Handcannon quests.

 

If you have rigour I'd suggest Darkbow since it's a lot more reliable, plus handcannons explode so unless you're high FM than don't bother using it

 

I already have the levels for HC, just gotta do the quests. And my FM level is 80, which I will raise, but from what I've heard doesn't too after above 80.

Lol i understand where you are coming from with being rushed too many times. I'm going to rush all those rushers soon, generally they have smite on when they rush so i'll barrage/d claw when they do. Personally i've never seen a successful range rusher past level 65, so if you are over that cb level idk if you would be decent rushing or not.
