Whats a Community assistant?

I dont know what section this belongs in so if a mod would move it thanks,
also dont comment that its in the wrong section

But i saw this guy was a usereducator one day, the next it changed to a community assistant? whats that? an upgrade, downgrade, what?
he didnt have both, it got switched out

If you look in the news section, user education was switched for 'Community Support' (a whole new section)

It used to be user educators but they changed it to that.

Essentially it is this. We're "rebranding" User Education, so to speak. We've moved some of the sections around, added some newer stuff, etc. All of the changes are outline in the second thread Rawrasaurus pointed out.

 

Not really, its not just available to mods.

I think it would be even more helpful if people could post threads where they can ask questions. How does it help if people can't ask their own questions in the Sythe.org support?

 

I'm pretty sure that is the point of this section, so you can ask your own questions. Simply go to the index of the section, select "New Thread" and begin.
