Well as you know my old account was _Skull_ and about 4-5 months ago the password was changed, the person on that account now is NOT me! And they're posting topics, they made a new msn and everything? What im i supposed to do now? Can someone ban him or something? I really wanted that user back and to see it reposting and not being me is as weird as fuck. Imposter i guess?

 

and you can't retrieve your password by sending it to your e-mail?
Although I guess that could be changed too.

You can either continue using that account, or recover the pass via email and post in the dispute forum to get it unbanned. If the email has already been changed, you'll have to speak with an Admin to get your password reset manually.
