    Ok so yesterday,I just got unbanned,
    I was going to dispute then,at the dispute forum,so after i posted,it said Only Staff are allowed to.

    How the hell was I supposed to dispute it when Im not allowed to post in it?

    Lmao it doesn't say only staff can post. It says you're either muted or don't have privileges and it says wait for approval or some shit.
