    Prayer, Herblore, Summoning, Construction, Firemaking, Cooking, Fletching, Smithing.

    These are all fast to lvl up. But some of them requires a lot of cash to get 99.

    Like Rasta said, it depends on how much money you have.. Cooking is up near 200k/h i think, along with prayer, and firemaking.
