What should I do?...

Well let me start off by saying this is NOT asking for dating advice or how to get a girl.

There's a girl that I've gone to school with the past 2 years. This year we basically became best friends, a month or two into this school year I started to like her. We would actually get asked A LOT if we go out. I could've made it happen, but I then found out probably in November that she'll be moving out-of-state forever. So I told myself, I guess there's no point.

Well now, the time is running down, it's her final 2 weeks here. It really just hit me a couple days ago that she'll basically be out of my life soon. She had a going away party yesterday, I went, it was fun but towards the end it came to my mind.
And now I've been slightly depressed the past couple days as well.

What I need help with:
Should I tell her about how I feel/felt before she leaves?
OR
Should I tell her after she leaves so it doesn't make our last 2 weeks awkward?

 

Tell her before. It's better telling her in person.

 

I doubt we'll be hanging out, outside of school, and I couldn't really in class.

 

You have to do find a way to tell her in person. This is the only way to sincerely express your feelings to her and let her know the she was important to you. I know it is going to be difficult just to pour out your feelings face to face with her but it's the best thing to do and you will feel better about yourself later. If you try to do this via Messenger, Phone or after she leaves you're only cheating yourself. You can do this with a couple days left before she goes but it is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT to do this in person before she leaves. You will regret it after if you do not.

Thanks for input, it's just difficult to hang out often where I live. She lives like a 15min drive a way, and her house is full of moving boxes so she can't have anyone over really. I'm going to try and find a way.

-People say, "No one is perfect." She is, at least in my eyes.

 

Find a way to tell her now. Trust me. My current girlfriend and I started going out a month before I had to leave for school. That was over a year ago and we are still together. I realize I did not completely move, but still. Just give it a shot. Tell her now.

 

It will be hard, and we probably won't wind up going out. She's moving like 4 hours away and we both still have school, so it really would be a long distance relationship for however long if it did happen.

I want to tell her, but i don't want to make our last 2 weeks in school together awkward.
