Its someone that keeps there from being a scam for example an account for Paypal they give account to MM they give the Paypal $ to the MM the MM verifys acc checks makes sure its the correct acc changes pass (so the seller wont still know it when it goes to the buyer) and then u send the $ to the seller and then give the acc and all the info to the buyer
