What does TWC mean?

Sorry if this is in the incorrect forum, but this is really urgent, as I have just purched mills off of Y0Y0 for $340 and he is now banned, the mod who banned him posted "TWC, under investigation" I'd like to know what this means please, thanks.

But if he is banned than you can't trade at all :/ So it must mean something else, because I have a pending transaction atm, I thought he was trustworthy because even R2Pleasent vouched for him :S

 

dude you should of purchased small ammounts from different trustworthy people. when a person gets a guap of money then he is not gonna give you what you want

 

So you been screwed over? has he given you the money if he hasen't then you know what that means...

Yes, it's Trade With Caution. If a user receives it, then is banned, they will probably keep the rank, which explains what you saw.
