    Weight issues..

Well I recently got intro trouble with the law and it has restricted my access to things like gyms and skating with friends etc.
    (House arrest)
I have horrible body issues. Low self esteem and never feel good about myself.
Im 5'11 and way about 185-190
Would like to hit the 170 mark but I would like to start off with 10 pounds.

I fee lack of motivation to do anything and sometimes I get these spurts where Iw ill go work out and say I need to get in shape. But it doesn't last very long.

I Used to be a highschool wrestler and did kickboxing on the side. Im 18 now and the court is holding me down from really doing anything. Ive tried the pushups, sit ups, lunges etc. But I just dont feel motivated to do it because I don't see results fast enough.

Im embarrased of my appearance. Although it's not bad, I just dont feel like I used too and would like to get in semi shape so I feel more comfortable in my own skin.
I look at myself in the mirror alot and just dont feel good about myself and often dog on myself about losing weight. But never get to it.
Im aware im not that overweight but I would like to be in decent shape.

    My diet is average

    3 meals a day
    Occasional snack
Sometimes a bowl of ice cream
But im willing to make any changes to it. As long as it doesnt involve restocking my whole groceries.

I have an iron gym at home.
You probably know what that is. (Pullup, pushup, situp bar)
And a exercise bike as well.

Any tips, motivational links/websites, are very appreciated.

Sorry for typos etc i typed this up fairly quick.
