Website designing

I am wondering if anyone in these forums is good at makeing a website. I have a few ideas but i do not know how to do it so if anyone is interested. Please let me know. reply on here or contact me my contact info is below and by the way im not really looking for someone thats not trusted or someone that isnt experienced in web design.

 

I'm pretty good at it, i'm also good with cs4, working with banners and such.
