First thing I notice is the sides pop out more than the center, they might look better more transparent. Besides that I think the logo could be remade completely, doesn't fit too well imo. The rest is nice

1. Don't use splatters in web design unless you know what you're doing. (for example http://www.duirwaigh.com/)

2. Banner is dull, illegible, and frankly much much more could be going on in that huge space.

3. Illegible font for navigation. I scrolled straight over it without noticing it, because i thought it was some fancy decoration before realising what it was. Make you navigation stand out, but make it simple, even if effective.

4. 2px borders. Use them.
