Hello, i'm looking for someone to create me a website banner. We will discuss the price i only can pay in RSGP!

I have been supplied with that one, so please same dimensions. It will be for a hot and cold runescape FC, it doesnt need to have any runescape renders or what ever in it if it looks bad.

What i want:
It has to be simple and catchy. Have to look proffesional not some amateurish
