I have agility running, but it hasn't stopped for 2 days so I'm unsure if it works atm if you reload your client.

 

Agility will work.

The only bot i know of that is offline is Fighter. This is because Fighter downloads Item data and lists from the website everytime it is opened. And with rsbotting.com hacked it cant download this data.

 

So does that mean his bots are down too?

Bots are online except for fighter because it needs to get info directly from the site (and it is all gone). Everything else works until RS updates again.

 

Everything looks fine now. But I don't know what it looked like before.
(I just checked it.)

 

Curtis's sythe acct has been banned as well. Only had 9 posts though but still.

doesn't matter what the site contained, its the fact that he's breached protocols in the internet world, not everything revolves around jagex's law matey. there are much bigger things at hand ^_^

 

I don't agree with you, I pretty much gurantee nothing will happen to this guy. But that's just my opinion.

Yes it was , any botting site advertising to sell bots is illegal hense the reason Jagex are taking snellman brothers to court over it. Anyway I might be wrong thats just how I see it. 35 years just seems like a long time for simply hacking a website, Bit ridiculous. Btw don't flame everyone is entitled to there own opinion

You're probably right Ross, But am I the only one that thinks jail time is way to far for someone hacking a runescape site, but then again if he is stealing peoples passwords etc via viruses. Then I guess he does deserve some sort of punishment.

 

I agree with you brenny. I honestly dont think 35 years will happen to him. Nor do i think anything serious will happen. But the fighter bots are WORKING if you know anything about how they run. Obviously the itemlist.csv isnt working because it was messed up. If you read my other thread asking for itemlist some kind gentleman has uploaded it. You download it and then you can put it in your fighter folder and when the bot starts it wont download the new itemlist. Thus resulting in you being able to run your bot.

 

When he hacked the website, he uploaded a client that contained trojans, keyoggers etc. Many people downlaoded the client from rsbotting.com and found this out.

Lost of people have had their computers infected and rs accounts ruined.

 

Can he even get jailed for hindering the sites profits though as the profits are technically illegal?

 

They are not fucking illegal. If they were, JaGex would have won the last court case.

 

This would imply that his slayer is down as well, then.

 

Fighter is back up now, using it as we speak. So slayer must be also.
