    Prehaps a Warez section, where you can post links for :
    - Applications
    - Music
    - Albums
    - Hacks & Exploits
    - Movies

    You get the rough idea. This would promote more posting, we should then need a script which means you can only view the content if you reply and then if you do not reply with at least a thankyou message, you get warned then banned.
