Virpus/Burst/Etc doesn't allow Runescape anymore.

 

2 Questions, how many bots can i run on each of the VPS's on that site? TThis means the $8, $16, $25 & $30 Package etc.

 

Use OpenVZ, it's usually better for botting and cheaper.
Each 400MB will allow you to run 1 bot. So if the Dedicated RAM is 1GB, you should be able to run 2 bots. Make sure you look at the Dedicated same, since the burstable ram is just overselling bullshit.
