vps connecting problem

So im trying to connect to my elastichosts vps and ive tried all viewers such as real,tight,ultra etc but its just not connecting, has been working fine for around a month then just stopped overnight any help would be much appreciated.

 

A month exactly? Maybe you didn't pay for another month lol.

Anyway, you should have a control panel somewhere and from there you can reboot the system. If that doesn't work simply send them a support ticket or an e-mail.

 

you have to go to your control panel (varies by provider)
then make sure your VPS is running.

If no: reboot it.
If yes: move on.

then open an SSH connection to it (terminal/mac or puTTY/win)
login as root with the rootpassword

re-initiate the VNCserver by typing:
vncserver

then you should be able to connect via VNCviewer.
