How do i exactly put the min the quoted form that i see many users do

But I'll answer your question anyways. Well it depends where you want to put them in the quoted form. But if you want them in the quoted form inside your signature, type this in,

PHP:

[QUOTE][/QUOTE]

Then what you want to be quoted should go in between the two quote codes.
