Vouch Threads.

I Think the old way of showing your vouches by making a vouch thread is alot better then having it in your personal information, if im speaking to someone on msn i can just link them to that. Other then making them look me up. And i think it was alot better also for the fact that you could set up your vouch thread anyway you like, you could style it or just leave it plain. I Rekon make a spot for vouch threads only. Please take this in and think about it. I Think and i belive alot of other users would agree its better that way. Thanks for listening

 

Nobody wants vouch threads in the spam forum.

Just go save it all on a notepad file, if the person asks, then send them the file over MSN.

 

Or... here's an idea... put them in your sale thread!!!! Is it so hard to do what the Services people do and put your vouches at the end of the first post?

well make a new topic.... for vouches only. anything else you lock or delete. You dont have to go there it would satisfy alot of users. Im just putting in the suggestion because you guys are meant to like feed back

I have to agree with darkgroove, Just put them at the end of your first post.

 

Vouches don't mean anything.

The point of linking them to your thread, can be countered to just have you linking them to your profile.

Another section for vouches would result in a lot of unwanted SPAM (as posts could not be tallied, and it'd be more work for moderators (which they don't seem to want)).

Designing your vouches is pointless. They're vouches, it's not meant to be pretty. In fact, most people don't even list what the person said when they vouched, they just list the people who vouched them. Sure, one or two quotes is nice, but when you start having 40+ people vouching you, that many quotes gets to be a bit much. So just list the people who vouched you in your thread, it's cleaner and quicker.

The point of vouches is simply to show that you've traded before. They don't make you any more trusted, or less trusted (unless they're fake). So generally it doesn't matter how many vouches you have, but just the fact that you have been trusted before is enough to maybe trust you again.

I say no.

The SPAM forum hated the vouch threads, and we still do. If people want your vouches, link them to vouch themselves, send them over in notepad, put them in your profile, or put them on the first post of the thread of whatever service or sale you have.

I really like the "Vouches in Profile"-method
I don't think its necessary to change it.

 

Vouch threads just uses up more space and slows down sythe for everyone. When it all takes you 30 minutes to connect to sythe i doubt you'll be saying how great they are.

Vouch Threads are completely useless to the Spam Thread, and have no reason to be existant there either.

Stop quoting staff members all the time when it's not relevant to the discussion in an attempt to be noticed by them and gain a position in the future. This is really irritating because this might influence their decision and get you one instead of someone who would actually be a good fit on the staff.

I don't like the new vouch system tbh -- the box only holds like 9 of mine.
Besides, as long as the thread is in the spam forum what is the problem?
