Whats the point? All the person reading the vouches has to do is READ the vouch. If he wants to make a trade based on this kind of vouch that is his own decision. At the end of the day numerous rules can be put in place however a stupid trader will always find a way to screw himself over.

 

What's the point with having vouches then?

 

Quality over quantity, that's how I view vouches at least. There are some users on this site with 50 vouches that I trust more than those with several hundred.

 

I'll remember that when somebody abuses the system and gains hundreds of vouches that aren't even for trades and you try and blame the victim.

 

So I can go and vouch as many people as I want without making a trade or even really knowing them, and they can be counted?


I am starting a vouch thread, everyone come vouch me.

 

Yup, I can ask real life friends to vouch on my thread, for $0.50 each and scam $500 after that.

 

to be honest if its with the trusted people who have all donated around like $150+ i have no real issue with it as i know they are already trusted

 

That would be classified as "Self Vouching" and you would be subsequently banned.

Firstly, why would anyone malicious pay for vouches that didnt have any trades involved?

Use common sense, If you dont have the ability to read a vouch for its true worth then I give up, But there is no way Sythe.org staff are going to enforce what constitutes a vouch or not, you can include them or not, All it boils down too is that you're not liking other users super progression in gaining vouches when some of them that they have included are these vouches.
