Void w/ Chinchompas?

So, I would like to train my range a hell of a lot... Probabaly to 99.

I'll do this in the Monkey Madness Dungeon with chinchompas.

Would I use void with chinchompas or other ranged armour, for example Zamorak D'hide, I am berserker pure so I can only use up to those types of d'hide.

Could someone state the best items to use for inventory AND things to wear, REMEMBER ONLY 45 DEFENCE, No freakin' armadyl :love:

I was thinking:
Full ranged void.
Archers ring
Ranger boots
1.5k Chinchompas (Be good if you could state the amount I'd need for one hour and how long the trips last.
Zamorak cloak (Prayer bonus)
Fury (or should I go for an amulet with more prayer bonus instead of ranged?)

SOMEONE PLEASE STATE INVENTORY BECAUSE I AM CLUELESS ;]

Yes use Chinchompas because it could be hella lot easier.

i've tried with and without and I found that the loss of accuracy did not make up for the raise in hits... there was very little difference in experience and not using void let me stay longer because of a greater prayer bonus. Void is amazing, but not that great for chinning.

 

What owain jones had to say, try using this inventory.

It would be quite expensive lool, i'd say get 99 hunter then range

 

that inventory with a mitre is great. ring of life will save you like 50% of the time if your prayer drops and they will kill you in 2-3 hits so it is definitely worth taking.

chinning is not worth it, spirit mages all the way

 

I have to disagree

Chinning is amazing xp, when I was going to 99 range at that spot, although it was pretty expensive I got over 200-250k xp an hour.

However I realised that it was a pretty big waste of money on red chins, so I tried normal chins.

I learned that for half the price, you only get like 30-40k xp less than red chins

 

spirit mages are 600k profit an hour wth 70k xp an hour. I've chinned 99 range twice but prefer spirit mages.

I dont reccomend void. Prayer bonus helps alot more as you can stay there longer for more xp and i usually hit good anyways because i was using eagle eye lol

 

I don't recommend void because of the prayer bonus take something like the above posted but please never forget your ring of life!

 

max pray bonuse u can get. = stay longer
normal chins = little bit less exp but half the price!
id say do that.

Thank you for all your feedback, the normal chinchompas sound like a good idea, may quarter the cost of 99 range =o.

So, here's what I've got so far.

1. ALWAYS bring a ring of life.
2. Don't use void.
3. Try using the gear that owain jones and 2h said.
4. LOL @ x hero x ;]

Anyone got ideas on the inventory?

You want to use pray bonus and bring gree gree to save a shark or two

 

1 more tip that will help you greatly, whenever a random appear, your prayer will auto-off so you need to be careful of this point. If you want, try bringing phoenix necklace over fury.

i heard they changed MM tunnels and that the monkeys don't respawn as fast. This change was made recently too (couple of months ago.) i may be wrong. i asked a couple of friends too. but i always used void and managed to get like 150k-200k per hour at chaos tunnel.

 

What ranged level were you w/ the void?
