    With what program I can vid my duels,Tryied hypercam and camstudio,when I turns it On very big lagg,cant move in rs,help anyone!

    Sorry to say but I don't know of any screen recorder that uses less power then hypercam=\ hopefuly somebody can prove me wrong.

    I have no idea If you cant move in runescape, you probably dont have alot of RAM Try upgrading it

    I use a separate RS client to vid and then use FRAPs to record it.
    It's pretty high quality.
