Requirements to complete quests:

-All quest requirements are complete. In other words, you will not ask me to train anything for you.
-You must have gear. I don't care if it's rune with a dragon scimmy. Don't expect me to provide anything.


I've played this game for many years. I've had a quest cape twice. I do the quests all by my self. If you need verification i can show you who i am in game. I'm ranked pretty well on highscores and obviously maxed out.
