    i made my account while i was in 2nd grade... in 8th now and i know im eligible for the veteran cape but when i talk to hans in lumby i cant get...anyone else getting that problem?

    Make sure you tell him how old he is or something, then he should give it.... Worked out for me.

    Classic cape comes from iffie in Varrok clothes store
    Veteran cape comes from Han in Lumby, right next to where to teleport to.

    BOTH are P2P capes (i didn't know, ticked me off)

    Yea, they didn't mention it was P2P only in their update.
