Vegetarians? Why?

Exsactly, A cheetah kills the gazelle. We are diffrent my friend. We put them through these sick processes. We torture them and its wrong. We are creating these tech-turkeys and stuff now. It's sickening. I believe that we should eat meat because, I believe god made it that way, We are mammals after all. Its our agriculture system that making people un attracted to meat most of the time, not the actual point of the meat.

I could never survive without meat so I will continue to eat tortured baby cows, but it still bothers me - Espically putting it like so.

I have tried to become a vegetarian but i failed. I love chicken to much. Also, you have to eat certain foods in order to be a healthy vegetarian, where i just didnt have it in me.

 

Vegetables are living just like animals so if you want to be all Power ranger planet guardians or something just stop eating

 

First of all , We need to get 1 Misunderstanding OUT OF THIS WORLD , As many biologist's say Vegetarian is not very healthy.
Sometimes you do need to eat meat , just eat don't eat it to often!

 

Soy gives you protein, and I believe that corn and beans give you all the needed amino acids to make protein. It's really not difficult to get all the vitamins/minerals you need.

you cant compare us to a animal. the fact is we no longer have to kill animals in order 2 survive, were as a animal doesny hav that choice.

my mother hasnt eaten meat sice she was a little girl, she lives a perfectly healthy life. she isnt sickly, and i believe 2 b a very active person. i havnt eaten meat since i was 8 and i dont see any problems in my physical health either

 

All vegetarians have to eat some kind of soy still, which I think comes from animal fat.
But anyway... here are some reasons why you might be one
-You dislike the taste of meat (Such as me with most kinds of meat)
-You can't help but feel sorry for the animals that died to make your food
-You visualize eating the animal when your eating meat, and what if it was you

I used to be a vegetarian and thats the 3 main reasons. I am still mostly vegetarian but I eat some diary meat.

 

We are animals. We are a mammal that evolved from the same species that chimps came from. We are mammals. We do need meat or soy to survive, it is in genetics. You do not have to kill, but you must have protein and soy still from stuff such as nuts or tofu.

 

You do not need meat to survive. Stop lying.

you COULD get protein from soy and other things but it isnt antural, and you can do it if you want but IMO? silly...

im not vegetarian but my friends mother is one, and that is because not the killing of the animals, the way they are killed. Did u know cows get sliced up alive in the slaughter house, chained up, cut open, while they're alive and breatheing? K.

 

No, they actually don't. They are stunned, and have their throat sliced.

 

Then why are they bouncing around and squeeling after they're sliced.

 

They really don't do that. It's only in videos from the 1980's and earlier that you'll see that sort of thing.

 

I'm not a vegetarian but my girlfriend is, everytime i ask her she just says that she thinks meat's disgusting(this is coming from a girl who faints in grade 11 biology disecting a cows eye btw lol) she thinks it tastes disgusting, but also takes up the argument of cruelty sometimes aswel. Me having grown up on a cattle farm have seen the "cruelty" first hand. But living on a farm i've realised half of this "cruelty" is actually necisary. Putting down an animal.. Trust me farmers wouldnt do that unless it necisary because they're only losing money, or there just mentally fucked up. And in this situation it would be probably to put the animal out of its misery. At public abitiours the cattle are blessed by a priest (at least here in australia anyway) before being suddenly killed leaving no pain what so ever. So i personally do not think there is much cruelty in eating meat, except for those who deliberatly go out of there way to harm an animal. EAT MORE MEAT!!! hehe.
