Varii scammed me

He got banned for scamming me and he said he was going to make a new account i have proof here. Please block his IP or something this guy is quite rude

 

Unfortunately there is nothing which can be done, he is ip banned but he can still register with a proxy, if you find any proof of his evasion please post it such as email address or conversations where he may reveal his new account
