If you're liking the tfv4, you should definitely check out the tfv8 man. It's a beast.

 

Looking at it now and it looks sweet. Might have to pick it up sometime.

 

The only downside to the tfv8 is the coils are more expensive, and you only get 3 in a pack vs 5.

Aside from that, flavor and vapor production of the tfv8 blow away the 4.

 

I agree. Been using mine non-stop since I got it in the mail. Damn you DD for making me buy new goodies.

 

I use the Panzer mod with an Omega RDA. I love the plumes. Sub-ohm ftw. Captain crunch is my go to juice now

Honestly I've noticed these coils seem to last longer on the TFV8 compared to the TFV4. So less coils per pack might not be a big deal.

 

I'm not too worried about having less coils per pack. I don't use my vape a whole lot so they last a decent amount of time for me.

 

So I picked up the Pax Juul for the hell of it.

Short review:

Tastes/Hits a little better than a regular blu gas station e-cigarette. Has a STRONG throat hit, so don't get it if you're scared of it.

Good battery life, good for stealth, good construction. I've been using it in a non-smoking hotel room and in movie theatres because no one even notices you using it.

$40 is too steep. It should be $14.99 since you have to buy their refills anyway.

 

How's the "Fast-acting" nicotine salt work? I remember you were talking to me about that and that it was what it primarily vaporized.

 

No difference from a very high nicotine juice that I can tell.

 

Anyone know the name of the juice (think it's from Mt Baker) that is like a sweet tart with a bit of menthol. Can't remember it for the life of me.

Just got this, and i have no idea what any of the "coil jig set" is??

Like NO idea. The little bars in the hole? for the amps???????

I just got an RDTA and thought the damn thing was just put coils in put cotton in dun'd.

Nope, I have to somehow twist my own coins and certain ohms and volts and the black things WHAT IS THIS

 

IMO put that kit in a closet and do the same with an RTDA. The build kit looks nice but totally unnecessary for where you're at. That's more for hobbyists.

Just get a nice sub-ohm tank with pre-built coils and call it a day.

If you want to build your own coils it'll take time to learn how to do it mechanically (actually building them) + a fair amount of research on electrical stuff (ohms, volts, amps, battery limitations, etc). The coil jig set is to help you twist coils more easily instead of doing it around a drill bit.

 

nah i want to learn about it tho that's why i'm asking u shit, i had a normal tank set but this is neat. ik what the jig set does but i wanna learn how to dio it. @Darkest Dream

 

..you build coils with it, youtube some tutorials or going into a local shop that are nice and ask if they could show you, tip them if they do
