Excellent choice, that's been my daily device since I picked it up.

 

Currently using the E-Leaf 30W, I have a Melo Tank on it. I changed out the melo coil for an atlantis coil and it works beautifully now.

Cuttwood Sugar Bear and the new Odin Line by Baker White are my favorite liquids. 101 on the Odin Line.

What would the perk to getting an RDA that is so expensive as like lets say a Velocity would be? I know you can build a bit more because the deck is so open, but would it even be worth it if I'm building simple coils? I know there is a lot more I could be doing but I don't think I would ever get into crazy builds unless I pick up some prebuilt coils.

 

How many watts do you all think I need? The only mod I have right now is an old Itaste MVP. Haven't been pleased with my mech's so I've walked away from them for a bit. I'm thinking anything something at a maximum of 100 watts.

Anybody have suggestions for a good box mod/tank combo for an intermediate user?

 

I really like my Subox Mini, you can find them online for about $60 and it's got one of the new Subtank Minis so if you want to venture into building your own coils you can on the rebuildable deck.

 

I currently Have a Eleaf 50W with a Arctic. Nice little rig. I recently purchased a Dark Horse Rda and run a .4 single coil build. I like the RDA but its a leaky machine compared to others. I think I'm gonna get a mech mod for it fairly soon. Any suggestions? I want to build down to .1 or .2

 

There isn't really a point to it, the $25-50 range has excellent RDA's.

Anything more and you're paying for some novelty, new idea, expensive parts, brand name, etc.

What's your budget?

istick 40 watt TC version, an atlantis v2, some extra 0.5 ohm coils and I'd recommend purchasing some temperature control coils as well.

If you're not going to use the temperature control feature (which I'm a fan of) just get the 50 watt instead.

 

Why do you guys vape? I have never been interested it at all (infact some smoke makes me feel sick like regular cigarettes and sometimes hookah, not e-cigs though). I never really saw a point to it but still would be interesting to know why people do it. Always nice to see a topic from someone else viewpoint.

 

Fun hobby and there's a great community behind it at least where I'm at locally, as well as on Reddit / here.

I don't really use any nic in my juices, although I do have a few flavors I love in 3mg that I use from time to time, when I'm stressed, going out instead of smoking etc. Besides that it's something fun to do while I'm just sitting on the computer doing whatever, or even reading a book / doing homework.

I've recently gotten into rebuilding my own atomizers, and there is still so much more I could be getting into in terms of coils, and then DIY juice is a whole other endevour as well.

 

The primary reason people vape is because its a healthier alternative to smoking.

People will try it in order to quit. But they quickly find that it tastes better, smells better, and can be a very enjoyable experience. They're still getting their nicotine without the thousands of chemicals and tar from cigarettes.

I've converted lots of daily smokers. Within a few days they aren't picking up cigarettes any more, which I think is great. From there it is pretty easy to slowly lower the nicotine % down, all the way to 0.

The reason I smoked in general though? Because I enjoyed it. Simple as that.

 

i have a ivp mini2 with atlantis v2 tank, really wanting to get something around 120-150 watts with a nice drip - any suggestions are welcomed, I've been looking into the sigeli (however you spell it) and the ipv 120 watt box i want something that will have a good battery life (i know for that watt/volt its a joke) but the only complaint i have about my current setup is that i feel the battery drains way too quick

i run .3 ohm build at 60 watts clouds are nice and thick but i just wanna be a damn fog machine lol

 

I suggest the Snowwolf 200w. Looks attractive, magnetic battery cover, has the option of temp control, and of course it has 2 batteries so you'll get much better life.

Only $130 and imo its better than the sigelei and ipv options. You could get some temperature control coils for your atlantis 2 and test out that mode as well

 

@geez the IPV3 Li comes stock at 165watts but the chip upgrades to 200watts, depending on where you get it the price ranges from $80-120.

Anyone else looking forward to the IPV D2? I cant wait til my local shop gets them in.

 

I never really recommend P4Y's products anymore.

My experience with the IPV3 was good.

Had an ipv mini 2 break on me, and a ipv4 break on me. Both shipped with major issues.

Hoping the ipv d2 doesn't have any major QA issues so I can begin to recommend it to beginners as a step up from an ego style battery.

 

I got so addicted to E-Vapes, they taste so good and it just feels amazing being able to be constantly breathe "smoke" as we would like ourselves to think and not be doing ourselves any harm.
