Vanillacoke for TWC/Ban?

What i found suspicious at first was all of his vouchs are all a few minutes before or after eachother so that got my first impression he's just a ban evader whos donated $5 and got everyone who he bought and sold from in the past to vouch which can be seen here

Another thing i noticed was on his vouch someone claims he was scammed 15b then vanilla coke replied with

and is making it look like it's his customers fault, when his skype in his sig matchs the skype the user got scammed by it should be his responsibility to refund the user
