I think this user is evading as his I.p audit matches many many banned users, I understand he may be using a proxy but who uses a proxy unless they have something to hide?
He also doesn't state hs Skype I'd on profile as people would probably get his real I.p and then find out he is definitely an evader.
The banned accounts also have very similar interest being osrs gold, rsps gold I.e soulsplit and they talk the same ( if you know what I mean)
If ypu can search his I.p and track down what network he is using or whatever and do with the banned accounts I think they will match and it will definitely show he is vading.

He is a clear ban evader and these are not the only 2 accounts there must be more
User was also a tad sketchy. With me before when paying out a 7.5m dice win.
Overall I think he will very soon scam someone when he has the chance for a decent amount. Please twc or ban him.

Almost every IP listed is from using a proxy.

Resolving his Skype ID gives him home IP, which is clean.
However, there is one IP address listed which is questionable.

Sent him a PM.

 

I'm just co certain he is vading.
A while back he pmed me for 20m dice duel I suggested mm holds he didn't reply.
And nobody who is clean uses slow crappy proxies.

 

The IP that I was uncertain about is clean.
