They still advertise here and therefore, they should have the rank. I see no valid reason for getting rid of them just because they "might not be part of the company anymore," or they, "might scam."

No they are definately not staff. It just indicates that they are representatives.

They should just keep the rank so if they scam, people know where they came from.
