user Ed gone?

i used to check out stuff on user education cause it was fun, but now i dont see 1 anywhere on the fourms. its almost like when i wasnt logged on to my account, how it doesnt show then. also the search bar on the top that used to b there isnt there for me. the search bar was porlly taken out, but im pretty there is still a user education, just i dont see it. can some1 help me out?
