Upgrade Help

was queering about something, as it says on the runescape website.. 'you are only allowed 3 upgrades per month from one telephone line' does that mean if i change sim, or change my number I can get another 3 upgrades?

Your correct. If you change your sim and number, and put credit on again, you can buy 3 more.

 

can I just use a different phone plan? like I was using the Paymo Sms option but could I change the one where you call up?x

 

I don't think so, it will see that it's the same number as before.

It's weird because I was in the same situation but one random day I tried to see if I could upgrade more accounts (Had maxed out 3) and I got about 100$ worth of upgrades.
It now has he limited by saying

You can buy up to 4 upgrades per SIM-Card per day, 20 per month using paymo as it's 7.50 euro per upgrade & 30 euro limit per day, 150 limit per month.

For surf pin, you can buy a total amount of 3 per SIM-card. And I believe, you could still call the surf pin line. I never do it anyways, extremely boring & takes too long.
