Updating RSbot Manually

No it is not, it is working fine.
As far as I'm aware the link to the downloads do not change just the items that are stored at the link (For example the rs.jar file). Each time the people at rsbot release the update they replace the rs.jar file on that page with the new updated one.

Test it for yourself if you wish.
