Untrimmed Cape

Hey guys I got a untrimmed rc cape, and I want to trim with herblore, but I still want to keep the untrimmed and trimmed rc cape. I've seen people with it, but how do they do it?

 

Drop the rc cape
Get 99 herb
Buy the herb cape
Pick up the untrimmed rc cape before it disappears.
I think.

 

They fixed this glitch a while back? They all become trimmed automatically.

 

You can only do it with a F2P 99 as your second skill now

The way you used to do it was drop the cape, get 99 herb, buy the new cape, then TELEGRAB the old one. Might be patched now tho.

Even though it says it's still unpatched, are you sure it's not?

It is after all, from June...

 

I did what they explain in some of the replies, meaning died in a f2p world with all of my untrimmed capes AND HOODS (that is very important) and got a friend to bless my grave, then went to a members world and got 99 Herblore, and then went back to the f2p world and telegrabbed the capes and hoods from the grave. I did this the 7th of November, and it worked perfectly.

its patched i tried to do it with the old way but couldnt.

 

I don't understand why they don't allow us to keep an untrimmed version of our capes. Hasn't this been petitioned thousands of times in the past?

You cant do it anymore i think , not sure

 

If you die with rc cape on, get 99 herb buy cape then pick rc cape up it will be untrimmed, this does still work.
