Unlockable?

I was given an account which is really good but due to the sudden change of IP Address from the sender to me, it got locked. Before it got locked, I put an email address and recoveries. The next day, it got locked. I sent in an appeal with the recoveries with the code sent to my email address. I also said that I moved a month before which is why the IP changed. Would the appeal most likely accept or deny?

denied probably only and trully the owner can recover an account. Account recovery seems to be based on your location so yea its kinda hard if that account is from england and you live in the US its an instant "this guy isnt the original owner so lock it" so you get your acc locked.

 

What other information do you have? Did you get:
1) Previous Passwords
2) Membership Info

If you got these, then it is a really good chance to get unlocked. If not, just try. If it stays locked, keep trying.

 

I only have one of his previous pass and not the membership info's sadly Hopefully, I get in to contact with him again.

Well that's what I said in the appeal. I hope it gets unlocked... It was a crazy zerker with 91 str, 40 def, 60 att, 99 range, 99 mage, 94 mining, 88 thieving, 99 fletch, etc... and it was level 93 combat >.<

 

Alright, well good luck getting it unlocked.
I just think Jagex was kinda illogical with this ban as they made assumptions...

 

I got the same problem haha, denied twice.. Going to try it from behind a proxy so they can't see my own IP maybe it helps..

 

I suggest you use a proxy form were ever the real owner is form to send the appel in alway use to work 4 me

 

o: Never thought of that. It might just work and yeah for the heads up... my appeal I sent in previously before posting this thread, it denied ): I will try to get in contact with the person and see where he lives and try with a proxy originated from the same place.
