Unfair Mods?

Well I recently got TWC for something I did, I didn't scam, you can read about it here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=987924

Anyways, recently someone got reported for the same thing I did and didn't get a TWC. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=989442

I don't think it's fair that I got TWC when I didn't even scammed any one and that someone else who was reported for same thing didn't receive same punishment as me.

 

You get a TwC for suspicious activity, not scamming. You're basically disputing here too.

 

Ok but that person did exactly the same as me and didn't get TWC, that's what I don't understand and it's unfair to me.

 

You have disputed this 3 times now and have been told it will remain for the term of at minimum one month. This is as such, spam. The other situation is entirely different from yours. Additionally, this is not suitable for this forum.

 

I'm not disputing and I only disputed once, it was the same situation, he agreed to buy gift card then backed out.. If you're going to give out TWC for backing out of trades like that then give it to every one. I'm giving feedback for moderators, specially you that this was unfair.

No, you took the info then backed out. In his case, the info was wrong, and the seller even admitted that. I ruled that punker pay for the gift card that did work, even though he did not want it anymore since the seller provided false info for part of the deal.

Stop your complaining, it is an entirely different scenario.

I'm not complaining, the seller never admitted info was invalid, he said he might have been ripped off by other seller, there was no proof that punk wasn't just making that up. Also I agreed to pay the seller for the gift card, but I still have TWC.

 

Deal with it. We have been over this 2000 times now. Dispute your twc at the 30 day mark.

Also the situations were 2 completely different things.
