unescape perm ban's unlockable?

iv heard it a few times now that people can actully unban perm baned accounts,I have one last year perm ban with over 5mill, and neally full drag,Is it possible or are people trying to scam?

 

noone can personally unban your account, and anyone telling you they can, are scammers.

there are however a forum where you can post your banned accounts name in and have jagex review your banned char, and maybe unban it.
maybe it was this they were talking about?

This works aswell, i was perm banned, last chance appea; got accepted, got coucght autioing. than bam! They saud i will NEVER get my acc back. 1 year later, put the name in that thread, and im unbanned, and back to one black mark for legacy punishment.

The ONLY way you can do it is either last chasnce appeal or post on the account review thread.
