Unblocking Runescape??

ok, i know there are many sites like www.hidemyass.com that you type the website in and it gets to the site.

But this block is different. My dad has a program that has banned the word "Runescape" therefore i can not even search on google "runescape" without it being blocked. None of the special websites work as this is not the usual way of blocking runescape.

The program he used is Netgear or something, the only way i can seem to be able to unblock it is finding out the password and change it myself, but he won't tell me it .

So if anyone knows a way of being able to block it, it would be much appreciated and I am willing to give a little reward for the person who is able to tell me.

Um install a keylogger to log your own strokes and just wait till he types the password and there you go =\

 

Very good option. I myself am unable to find a good keylogger though. But, if your father is only using this devise to block runescape and other inappropriate material, then there may be no reason for him to use his pass in the first place. Therefore you wont be able to record it with your keylogger.

 

im not sure if it will let u play but...go to miniclip and play runescape might work

ok if he blocked go on tools internet opionts go on security then put restricted sites and see the sites take off runescape and it should work

 

If he blocked you from typing it in how did you type it above?

Anyway, what about going to a runescape relate site and copy and past the word.

 

you could type in r(random letters)u(random letters)n(random letters)e etc. till backspace the unneeded stuff

Well i dont know for sure if this would work but you could try using a runescape client such as EliteSwitch. As long as your dad's security system doesnt completely cut off connection with anything that has the word runescape in it( i mean literally cutting it off, not simply blocking), this should work. If you cant download it from your own comp, get a jump drive, go to one of your friend's house and use their own computer and install the client to the jump drive. Then just plug the drive into your comp, and copy it into there. I hope this helps!

If you think thats cleaver you have not met my dad, how ever he hasn't met me. He blocked IE i has firefox installed already so i tried RS didnt work downloaded opera, he doesnt even know what opera is lol
