I can't believe an Admin of Sythe.org has actually put what I think they have in their signature. And I'm sure as hell you know what's he's trying to imply.

You honestly think that's okay? I don't care if Cosrob paid $40 or $40,000 for that sig spot; it's an honest shame that he has the right to put that there and that you of all people actually think that's okay.

For most of you who don't already know, I got promoted to mod and was caught on 'interest in phishing,' which has already been false, and that's what Pen's sig is implying.

For any other global mod/admin reading this, I'd like to hear a response from Pen himself, and no, I'm not going to PM him about it either. I think it's a shame for somebody of his status to be putting that in his sig, paid or not.

Agreed, I originally laughed at it but when thinking about how much damage it "Could" do to Hahanerds business it's not fair.

What is the use? Half of Sythe has seen it already. That could hurt Hahanerd's business. He might've missed out on some customers due to the signature.

 

Making a thread about it will not only direct more traffic towards Pen's signature, but also cause more drama. Neither are wanted.

It is two different things. You are not a staff member. People generally care what staff members think, whether they deny it or not.

If I see a leecher going around with the sig "Necro is a loser", I wouldn't give a shit. However, if I see an admin doing that, I'd be pretty confused, pissed and irritated. It isn't professional.

You misunderstood.

Let's put it this way. A new guy comes to the community. He sees Pen's signature. He says to himself "Wow since an admin put that in his sig, hahanerd can't be a good skiller". Hahanerd loses customers. On the other hand, if it's a normal member who puts that in his sig, the new guy would generally think "Meh I'll give hahanerd the benefit of doubt". It's hard to explain.
