Unbanning an acc

Hey, my acc has 10.0 out of 10.0 blackmarks and some idiot used my last chance. Any way to do anything?

there are ways.... you send messages to jagex someway else, dont ask me, ask r2p

 

Why can't people understand that if it has 10 blackmarks,

and your last chance is denied, there is no way of getting it back.
