Amethyst banned me because "I agreed to do his order, so I should have done it"

I agree and disagree with this. I know I should have completed his order because I agreed to do it and he wanted to use my service. The order was tree gnome village, grand tree, and monkey madness for 5.5m. He claims I stole his 5.5m and didn't complete his order. Half is true. I didn't complete the order, but I didn't take the 5.5m off the account, because then, obviously, that would be scamming. I don't see why I would steal his 5.5m and just hope to not get banned. Even after this incident had happened, I made a couple trades worth more than it then went legit and smooth.

Personally, I think this ban is BS. During the incident he threatened me several times and said if I didn't do what he said, he would cut out my internet. I thought stuff like that was infractable/bannable. I also spoke to Nytrix while these report threads were up because I wanted advice on what I should do. He even said we BOTH made mistakes. I_Own_RS made the mistake by leaving the money on the account for me to take, and I made the mistake by letting him do that. He even said he DOESN'T have proof that I took his money, but that I also don't have proof either. That's why I have a problem with this ban. We both made mistakes, but you took his word over mine. So when Amethyst banned me, he said "There is no reason for him to not do the quests after he's agreed to." Does that mean he thinks I didn't scam him, but I'm banned simply for the fact that I didn't do his order after he agreed? I don't think that's fair.

I don't think I should have been banned for not doing his order after I agreed. I do know it's hard to make a call here, because we are both telling different stories, but you took his word over mine when he doesn't have proof. But then again, neither do I.

I just want my account back.. If I have to do this guy's order.. so be it.. I just want to be unbanned so I can continue to use Sythe.

Come to some sort of agreement with I_Own_RS, whether that be completion of services or a refund of the GP which was agreed upon. You had sufficient time to complete the order and take the payment yet failed to do so because you decided that your time was better spent sleeping.

In short, make a deal with I_Own_RS and come back to the dispute forum when you have refunded him.
