Unban help

Ok so my main and my pure both got banned for macroing. I'm pretty sure it's because on double xp weekend I was running the 2 accounts at the same time, one I was doing herblore with and the other was doing cooking. Both were done by hand at the time.

The reason I suspect that this was the reason for their banning because they were both banned in the same day. So I don't really have a clue what to do / put in for the appeal.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

You suspect they were banned because they were both banned in the same day? You mean botted?

What bot did you use?

 

I said it was both by hand.

I was on both accounts at the same time on Saturday night (I was using one account to cook and one account to do herblore - BY HAND) and were banned the next morning.

 

Say your brother was playing on another computer? You were competing to see who could get the most xp.

I believe Jagex doesn't distinquish between internal IP addresses only external. SO there's no way they can tell if more than 1 person in the houes is playing RS. Someone correct me if this is wrong.

That method usually never works. I haven't seen anyone get a successful response from that email.

Strange both got banned when you played legit... Did you bot on them before? Might be because of past offenses.

 

Yes I have botted on them, but the thing is my suicide miner who has 91 mining is fine. Soooooooooo that's what leads me away from thinking it was from actual macroing.

Well they probably suspected you of macroing and flaged you and either been A-holes and banned you because of a tiny offence or they were A-holes and banned you because it hurt more if you got banned then when you did rather then the moment they caught you botting

 

Yeah, I'm almost positive that it's because I was running 2 accounts in Google Chrome rather than another browser or something.. It's just so unusual that the two accounts I was hand skilling at the same time, got banned at the same time. Yet my suicide miner is fine.. Figure that one out.

Does anyone have a good appeal process or an extent of appeals after the first appeal is denied?

 

Seems as though alot of people are getting banned for botting but not even doing it, you could try telling them that you were playing both accounts on diferent computers I don;t think thats against the rules... If they see your trying to coperate that will also help. Good luck to getting your accounts back and I hope I helped.

 

Well back in the day multi logging used to be an offense. However I think it's removed now. I tried co-operating with them in my last appeal >.> They don't have much sympathy for botters..

 

But you weren't botting so I don't see how you could have been banned? Just tell them you were playing on two accounts at once and you weren't botting because that's the truth.

 

Yeah.. But just like everything else I feel like they're just going to ignore it and deny my appeal anyway

 

Don`t bother, you won`t get unbanned if it is for macroing.
