Firez is a UE? Remind me how he got that? I mean he is a great guy and I really like him but I never thought of him as UE. Especially since he hasn't actually made a guide or an application. I know this makes me look like I'm just crying because my app was denied a while back but why are members like this just given UE while others spend a long time making guides and then getting denied?
There is a nomination possibility of becoming a UE, its the same thing that happened with Gohan. Essentially a UE must nominate the person with good reasoning, and it must get a 90% approval in a poll from the UE members.
Oh, never knew that. Would it be leaking to copy the person's reasoning here? Can you even "leak" from UE? Lol
I really think Hahanerd should have been promoted to global instead. I mean anything hhn replies to FireZ will reply under it and act like he's the one that did the job. FireZ is good at what he does yes, but is he human? No.
You can leak, but unlike staff I dont think doing that would warrant a ban, just getting kicked off the team.
I think you can discuss your own vote and reasoning, but you cant tell a denied member what a different UE voted...
But he was accepted, so are you allowed to tell us what did the OP (Dont have to name him) put for his reasoning? I was thinking the exact same thing. HHN would've been a better choice
Ah, gotcha : P I dont mind it, at least in cases where we are low on numbers. He was nominated essentially for his activity and willingness to help around the forums, in addition to a respectful attitude that he carries himself with when handling things.
Sigh... I dunno I'm loosing faith in some of the systems on this site. What ever I'm sure if 90%+ voted for him then it's deserved...
Ya its a pretty thorough process, believe a nominee pretty much gets denied if more than one person votes no.
Oh also why were on the topic... Marrow said he would try to help me out with my application later but that was about a week ago and he hasn't been able to help me out so do you have any suggestions that I can change for the next app?
