I would take your side on this one because when your given a position and you're not on for 4 days, that's a problem. I would assume that some type of responsibility comes along with the rank which they earned. Maybe R33l should look into removing some of the inactive user educators?

Yea I agree... Since me especially got ripped of the rank without any notice at all. Didn't post in the section for 3 days and then poof rank is gone.

Probably they're busy making guides? But tbh, it wouldn't be that hard to decide yes or no, but it's also a group decision.

Ok um clear me if im wrong but... Becoming a UE also means taking responsibility and voting within the 48 hour time frame. If you can't do that don't apply, simple as that?

I think that UE's need to stop being de-ranked because they don't post in that form, They should only be de-ranked if they don't educate users, someone who has helped alot of members through Private Messages and such should achieve this rank, not just by making guides.

    To clear some things up.

    1. Cfrey's rank was removed on an executive decision. (You know that already Cfrey as I've talked to you about it)
    2. The UE's are allowed to vote and there is NO time frame on the vote. I said it takes roughly 48 hours, because it usually does. I did not say they were required to vote in 48 hours or they were taken off the team if they didn't.
    3. UE's are not lazy as they still complete a weekly checklist in order to keep their rank.
